Austin is amazing! He assisted my husband and I in finding our apartment. We just moved to Connectiut from New York and this is our first apartment. Austin walked us through every step and negotiated with the landlords/ agents on our behalf. He really looks out for his clients, he is friendly , respectable and professional at all times.

I couldn’t recommend Austin enough! This man worked countless hours in finding my son and I the house that became our home. His ability to negotiate and take care of any issue that arose during the process was paramount to the purchase going through. Austin traveled far and wide across Connecticut to ensure I saw every property I wanted. He was communicative during the whole process and would answer any text, email or call at any hour. 10/10 would recommend and will be personally using him again for my next property purchase!

Finding a home for rent is never easy but I can truly say that with Austin's help the process was made more enjoyable. Buying a HUD home will be complicated and include many steps. This being said, Austin assisted me through each and every hurdle and I felt comfortable and confident in my purchase every step of the way. It is easy to sell a beautiful “move in ready” home, but Austin definitely had to answer so many questions about my fixer-upper. He was knowledgeable and honest and told me everything as soon as he knew. He explained anything I didn’t understand until I fully understood it (which may have been a few times!). This was a huge step for me as a 1st time home buyer AND as a HUD home it couldn’t be more stressful, but, somehow I stayed excited through the whole process. I really have to thank my realtor and his team that he recommended of HUD approved contractors and mortgage brokers. I highly recommend him!
